10-Day Rwanda-Uganda Wildlife Safari

Embark on an extraordinary 10-day odyssey through Rwanda and Uganda, where misty rainforests, vast savannahs, and volcanic highlands create the perfect stage for Africa’s most iconic wildlife encounters. This meticulously crafted journey begins in Akagera National Park, Rwanda’s answer to the classic East African safari, where lions, elephants, and giraffes roam acacia-dotted plains alongside shimmering lakes teeming with hippos.

Transitioning to Nyungwe Forest National Park, you’ll walk among ancient mahogany trees on canopy walkways, tracking chimpanzees and colobus monkeys in one of Africa’s oldest rainforests. The adventure crescendos in Volcanoes National Park, where golden monkeys play in bamboo groves and the legendary Dian Fossey Tomb whispers tales of gorilla conservation.

Crossing into Uganda, prepare for an intimate gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where hours of hiking through emerald jungles reward you with a life-changing hour beside a wild gorilla family. The finale unfolds in Queen Elizabeth National Park, where game drives reveal tree-climbing lions and boat cruises along the Kazinga Channel bring you eye-to-eye with bathing elephants and yawning hippos. Designed for discerning travelers, this safari blends luxury lodges, expert guides, and Rwanda-Uganda’s greatest hits into one seamless, unforgettable expedition.
